After Hours (Before 8:00 AM or After 5:00 PM), Holiday or Weekend:
Double the Express Price + Point to Point charge
Labor or Wait Time:
Add $1.00 per minute
Attempted Pick-Up or Delivery:
Will be double of the Ticket Price when redelivered or returned
Fuel Charge:
10% of the total of the ticket
